Wood Sourcing

Milling & Profiling
Each board is precisely milled and profiled to achieve clean lines, consistent dimensions, and a flawless foundation for the charring process.
Fire treatment
Fire is where the transformation begins. Through controlled charring, brushing, oiling, and drying, the wood develops its distinctive character, enhanced durability, and rich visual depth.
Quality Control & Evaluation
